1. Upload cms-block to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory
2. 将 cms-block 上载到 / wp-content / plugins / 目录

3. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress

5. Manage from CMS Blocks in left menu.
