模板：审批进度通知——根据消息下发场景，可选择政务民生/税务类目下业务办理进度提醒消息模板。如需申请政务民生/税务类目，可提供相关授权函，在线申请该类目。
模板：活动公告提醒——此类消息目前不予开通长期订阅，请采用其他方式进行通知。
建议启用企业微信的企业号组件发的消息提醒，目标用户也可以在微信上收到消息。
可以通过如下方式实现，先注册企业微信绑定小程序，添加用户到企业通讯录，开通企业号能力，通过企业微信消息下发提醒，目标用户就可在微信上收到企业微信下发提醒。具体操作可参考这份文档
