被腾讯网址安全中心拦截的，只能在那里进行申诉。微信社区这边没权限处理。
也可以试一下邮件申诉：
“确认域名、IP地址不存在违规内容，可以通过电子邮件发送至腾讯指定邮箱：moment@tencent.com进行反馈。
邮件标题请采用如下格式：
【链接解封反馈】“反馈人或企业” + “页面主题”
正文请附上仅自己可见的链接以及情况说明。”
