For Esperanto: This plugin does automatic conversion of X surrogates (“cx”, “gx”… “ux”) into Esperanto letters with circumflexes and breves (“ĉ”, “ĝ”… “ŭ”).

1. Upload the directory “cxapelado” (with all its files) to “/wp-content/plugins/”.
