微信支付完成后notify_url，没有收到回调通知情况下，可按以下几个步骤排查问题：
1、核实上送回调地址是否可被外网访问，是否有DNS解析
2、核实是否有安全策略拦截微信支付回调通知
3、确认回调地址代码的可用性
4、如果使用V3接口，确认下是否设置加密的秘钥，登录商户平台操作~请参考APIV3秘钥设置。
