如果发现：企业打款到零钱一直提示 “err_code:NOTENOUGH err_code_des:余额不足”
转运营账户看截图去操作，转账给个人银行卡需要开通企业付款到银行卡产品，个人微信零钱需要开通企业付款到零钱产品：
错误提示很明显了，证书没传，需要使用服务商证书。具体自查文档。
群主管理都是支付大佬
企业付款到零钱不支持服务商模式调用，只能特约商户自己调用，需要使用对应商户号的证书
